Administered by Lockton, this HHRAM survey is relevant, robust and a great value for your organization! It has been a trusted resource for more than 20 years.
The HHRAM Healthcare Wage & Salary Survey covers more than 400 job titles (Executive, Management, Allied Health and other Professional / Technical positions) along with comprehensive pay practices information.
Over 180 healthcare employers located in MN, ND, SD, WI, and IA consistently participate in this survey.

HHRAM publishes newsletters electronically for HHRAM members four times per year. They contain important information regarding HHRAM activities, news articles, financial reports, and other pertinent information.

Leadership & Volunteer Opportunities

HHRAM is strong because of our members. Opportunities to plan upcoming conferences, work on the salary survey, or serve in a leadership position are frequently available.

Practitioner - $80.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: January 01, 2026 No automatically recurring payments Practitioner membership in HHRAM shall be granted to individuals who have professional responsibilities for Human Resources or employee relations functions in organizations across the continuum of care.

Student - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: January 01, 2026 No automatically recurring payments Academic membership in HHRAM shall be granted to individuals who are currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, and shall provide proof of enrollment in a college or university.

Transitional Practitioner - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: January 01, 2026 No automatically recurring payments Members who are In job transition and who are continuing to search for employment in the health care field shall be allowed to continue active membership for up to 12 months after job loss/change. During times when Human Resource professionals are unemployed and/or temporarily not working in the field the Board of Directors may vote to extend the transitional membership time frame in order to support members who wish to remain active in HHRAM. Transitional members shall continue to serve on task forces or committees assigned prior to job loss.
