Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Regions Hospital has an opportunity to join our HR team as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst. This position will provide support to both our compensation and benefits programs which includes:
- Assessing the impact of existing compensation policies/practices on the needs of the organization
- Developing and introducing innovative alternatives to traditional base pay and anticipating and evaluating salary trends to meet the retention and recruitment needs of the organization.
- Producing compensation and HRIS reports as needed.
- Establishing and maintaining market survey and benchmarking databases
- Developing new methods and improvements for maintaining and distributing position and compensation data
- Conducting internal compensation audits to ensure internal equity.
- Collecting survey data to prepare recommendations for salary structures, evaluate newly created jobs and analyze salary structure.
- Managing the annual open enrollment process including gathering information, assisting in planning, and implementing the communication process
- Assisting with the analysis of data to verify benefit structures remain competitive.
- Collaborating with the benefits group and across departments to ensure efficient workflow within Regions Hospital and across the HealthPartners family of employers

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, industrial relations or related field. 6 years of HR experience may substitute for education.
Two or more years of experience in developing and administering compensation & benefits programs, including analyzing and interpreting compensation and/or benefits survey data.

Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare HR experience
CEBS, CBP or CCP
