The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic focused human resources leader and is responsible for the oversight and operations of the Human Resources team. Will help to oversee the employee relations strategy, driving improvements to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition and retention and recognition programs. The Director of Human Resources will support management by providing human resources direction, advice, and counsel.
